George W. Woodall

George W. Woodall is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in June 1974. He has been in private practice in Albany, GA, since September 1974. He limits his practice to consumer bankruptcy and has extensive experience from having represented several thousand individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Jessica H. Peek

Jessica H. Peek is a graduate of Jones school of Law of Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. She was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2023. Jessica first came to the firm in 2010, as a college freshman to gain actual knowledge of the legal field before completing her bachelors degree at Georgia Southern University and later applying to law school. Jessica limits her practice to bankruptcy, social security disability, VA benefits, family law, and wills, trusts, & estates. Jessica is passionate about helping debtors obtain relief from the weight of debt along with helping clients prepare for the future and helping clients obtain the benefits they deserve.

 

When Jessica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and cheering her son on in his soccer and basketball games.

J.D. Honeycutt, III

J.D. (Jake) Honeycutt, III, is a 1997 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997 and practiced law in Alabama until 2003, when he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. He has focused his practice on bankruptcy law since joining The Woodall Law Firm, P.C. in September 2012.
